Built
A compliance-traceability AI agent (May 2026)
Federal compliance traceability is the quiet bottleneck: someone has to connect every requirement to the evidence that it was met. I built an AI agent with the Claude Agent SDK to help with that work for federal HHS modernization, and I wrote up what it does well and where it still needs a human.
What it shows: I build with AI and also know where its limits are.
Government
NYS ITS Project Director (Jan 2025 – May 2026)
I directed my project within the modernization of New York's Integrated Eligibility System, which covers SNAP, HEAP, and Temporary Assistance. Working across the program's workstreams, I owned product management, UX/UI, and human-centered design for my project, along with its governance, budgeting, contracting, and the compliance and traceability matrix. I introduced AI-assisted document review to speed up requirement traceability. I was also part of the team that rolled out a child support online application, which reached 2,200 enrollments.
What it shows: Delivery inside a large public program, with traceability treated as a discipline rather than a chore.
Financial services
Broadridge (12 years)
I rose from network technician to Director, Technical Services, and led a 40-person technical team across the US, Canada, and India. We built and met client SLAs and ran incident, problem, and change management.
What it shows: Operating at scale, across time zones, where uptime is the product.
Healthcare
Northwell Health
As an Epic credentialed trainer, I trained staff for a large enterprise Epic rollout.
What it shows: Training is where new systems are adopted or abandoned.
IT services
LincolnIT
I led vendor selection, security review, and contract governance.
What it shows: The buyer-side view: what to ask a vendor before you sign.
